Superior Cleaning did a great job cleaning our carpets. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were able to come when it was convenient for us. They arrived promptly, took their time to do an excellent job, removed stains that we didn’t think could be removed, and charged a very fair price. I will use them again.

We got our carpet cleaned because of stains from a sick cat who vomited many times on our carpet, leaving dark orange/brown stains even after we really scrubbed with ordinary carpet cleaners. Superior’s cleaning entirely removed all of the stains, but also our carpet looks brand new, which we were so pleasantly surprised to fine. Furthermore, the two cleaning techs were right on time, were professional and knowledgable, and were extremely courteous and made every effort to minimize noise and disruption in a work-from-home situation. And the scheduling and rescheduling were easy, convenient, and responsive. Who knew that I would be motivated to leave a review for carpet cleaning? It really was that good.
I have been in the contracting business for 42 years and have worked for a family owned business that has been in existence for 127 years. I’ve been with this same company for 34 years. In my 42 years I can count on one hand the number of companies that have performed as well as Superior Cleaning. We recently arrived at our second home in Boothbay to find a disaster. I needed to get my carpets, couches, and chair cleaned in my cottage. It had been a demo model for 8 years and really needed a good cleaning. These guys were right on time and did a great job. They got the carpets and furniture looking brand new again. I have 32 windows in my cottage (it’s only 400 sq ft) and I have scheduled them to come back and do my windows. I am extremely satisfied and will not hesitate to use them again.
